This is a warning to everyone who gets in contact with ALON GINGIS, a well-known real estate scammer, who deceives investors with false promises and lies so he can obtain money in advance for projects that are not being delivered as planned. Alon would promise you the world, deliver nothing and ditch you right before going in front of the public notary to sign for your right on the property he sold you. He’s a very slick and dangerous guy who runs his business on other people’s money without paying them back. Him and his previous company are involved in many scandals in Greece and are under close surveillance from authorities and public eyes. Everybody should stay away from this guy! This individual is bad news for any investor looking for opportunities in the real estate market of Athens. He promotes himself as an entrepreneur when he is just a fraud, a deceiver and a liar. All the projects he’s involved in either lack financing, are stopped, or don’t commence at all. He takes money in advance from multiple investors, creating a pyramid scheme where only him and his associates benefit from other people’s money. He takes on multiple projects at the same time, he uses manipulative behaviors towards his investors, leaving everything and everybody in the middle, where his investors are handed over to things and situations that they don’t understand because they are just shady and non-coherent.
